Delivery Term & Conditions
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing and shipping address is correct and accurate at the time of placing your order.
- We will send you the invoice once we received your purchase order and prior to deliver from our warehouse. Upon product arrival, kindly ensure your purchases is in good condition. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please immediately contact us together with image attached to our WhatsApp. We will assist you in any possible way.
- We have our own delivery team. Please rest assure that your purchases will be carefully handled and at its best sanitary condition. We will contact you either via WhatsApp message or call you to confirm on the delivery appointment again before heading to your place.
- We are offer our delivery service to Klang Valley within Two (2) working day and nationwide delivery in Peninsular Malaysia within Five (5) working days.
- Our delivery schedules are as follow :
- Monday To Saturday
- Sunday & Public Holiday Off
For commercial premises and condominium adrea, please inform us in advance on the allowable visitation hours. If we are denied entry on the agreed appointment upon arrival, we will request for second delivery payment for next appointment arrangement.
Upon sales confirmation, our customer service will contact you to arrange for delivery appointment as stated above. Kindly allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery arrangement. We will do all our best to have the product delivery soonest possible.
- Our delivery team will not perform any additional moving of your personal belongings nor assist in any modification of any item at your premise.
Return & Refund
We provide refunds for items that experience some sort of defect, for example:
- Broken during shipment
- Expired
- Different product to what is purchased, that is, we have shipped the wrong item to you (we do not accept the reason that the product is of a different packaging to what has been purchased before or seen elsewhere)
The best way to contact us is to contact our customer service 03-8938 9699. We may require supporting evidence to be send to us, such as photo of the item as received. We may or may not require the item to be mailed back to us. If we require the item to be mailed back to us, your refund will be processed once we have received the item in its unopened condition in its original packaging. Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment method.
To ensure the quality of our products, we do not offer refunds for reasons other than defects (eg. change of mind or allergic reactions) once the order is shipped out. Please choose carefully.
